Summary of Responsibilities
She must carry out rigorous monitoring with the work teams on the production line to ensure that projects are completed in compliance with plans, specifications and standards.
- Supervise, coordinate and direct operations by workstation;
- Validate plans and contracts so that projects comply with specifications and standards;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines;
- Ensure constant turnover on the production line;
- Foster a work climate that values collective performance and ensure mobilization;
- Develop and implement work and quality control methods and maintain their application;
- Provide ideas and concrete solutions to improve production service;
- Manage employee development and continuous improvement;
- May be called upon to participate in the operations of various company departments;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements
Job-related experience: Have three (3) years of full-time experience in similar functions. A combination of relevant experience and training may be considered.
