Summary of Responsibilities

  • Create, plan and implement the sales strategy;
  • Ensure the development of new markets and the achievement of sales objectives;
  • Maintain good customer relations by ensuring good follow-ups;
  • Together with the marketing team and project managers, prepare and ensure all stages of design;
  • Develop a privileged relationship with the members of your sales team and support their professional development;
  • Carry out commercial monitoring to detect, analyze and distribute useful information relating to the market to your team;
  • Establish business plans and sales objectives for each representative;
  • Develop and organize the preparation of commercial exhibitions;
  • May be called upon to participate in operations in different departments of the company;
  • Participate in the development and improvement of products.

Requirements

Job-related experience: Have two years of full-time experience in similar functions. A combination of relevant experience and training may be considered.

  • Excellent judgment, autonomy and professionalism;
  • Sense of organization, resourcefulness and problem solving;
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry;
  • Have advanced analytical skills with mastery of financial issues and the ability to interpret sales data;
  • Have excellent communication skills in French and English, because the position holder will have to communicate with customers and suppliers outside Quebec, some of whom are unilingual English speakers.
