Summary of Responsibilities
- Create, plan and implement the sales strategy;
- Ensure the development of new markets and the achievement of sales objectives;
- Maintain good customer relations by ensuring good follow-ups;
- Together with the marketing team and project managers, prepare and ensure all stages of design;
- Develop a privileged relationship with the members of your sales team and support their professional development;
- Carry out commercial monitoring to detect, analyze and distribute useful information relating to the market to your team;
- Establish business plans and sales objectives for each representative;
- Develop and organize the preparation of commercial exhibitions;
- May be called upon to participate in operations in different departments of the company;
- Participate in the development and improvement of products.

Requirements
Job-related experience: Have two years of full-time experience in similar functions. A combination of relevant experience and training may be considered.

- Good knowledge of the construction industry;
- Have advanced analytical skills with mastery of financial issues and the ability to interpret sales data;
- Have excellent communication skills in French and English, because the position holder will have to communicate with customers and suppliers outside Quebec, some of whom are unilingual English speakers.
